Per NFPA 211 standards, we performed a Level 2 camera inspection of the flue interior and confirmed no blockage deeper in the system. We replaced the damaged cap screen and verified CO readings at the appliance and at ceiling level in the room. Both read zero with the fireplace running at full output.
