Santa Monica chimney rebuilds expertise
Santa Monica is where Bayside works from, so visits here are the easiest to fit in. Close to the beach, the cap and the chase cover come first, because salt carried in on the onshore breeze settles on the top of the chimney every day. North of Montana and up toward Sunset Park, more of the visit goes into older brick and the flue. We have worked on the full range of chimney types found here, from single-flue brick stacks to multi-system fireplaces, and we calibrate the visit to match what is actually on the roof.
